In 2018 I enrolled in yoga teacher training, but I didn’t really want to become a yoga teacher (too weird! too scary!).

I had started practicing Power Vinyasa Yoga in the year prior and I noticed that all of the teachers at the studio I attended had this magnetic quality.

They seemed to have life all figured out and had this “un-messable-withness” that I really wanted.

I didn’t care about teaching yoga (yet). But that self-mastery looked pretty cool.

At that time I was frankly…a mess. I had three young babies and I felt frazzled, exhausted, and burned out all.the.time.

What I learned during my teacher training program and during the five years following has changed not only my life but the lives of everyone around me.

I can model a regulated nervous system for my family, access healthy, intuitive movement, and get re-centered at any time because I have learned the tools of self-regulation. And I want to show them to you, too.

  • Personalized 1:1 Attention

    I want to show you how the wisdom of yoga, mindfulness, and modern science can help you shift your day-to-day state right where you are.

    During this initial 30 minute consult, we’ll identify your goals and areas of focus for the course of the 6 week program.

  • Daily Practices

    Each week, you’ll receive a collection of practices including a mix of physical practices, breathwork, inquiry prompts, and mindfulness. These practices will be anchored in a weekly theme that includes a pre-recorded lecture from me to frame the weekly practices.

    These practices are science-backed and specifically crafted to support you in finding balance and healing.

  • Community Support

    Over the course of our time, I’ll facilitate a weekly group session that includes a movement component and guided reflection, and time to check-in. These group practices are recorded and saved for you if you can’t make it live!

    Our learning platform also includes space for continued conversation throughout each week of the program.
